Got three competitive quotes and they were the best value. Derek gave me the job cost vs daily rate, so I knew how much to budget for. The crew was on time and efficient, even cleaning up some trees I wasn�t having removed. To get their equipment in my back yard, the crew removed a section of fencing and replaced upon completion.

From when the Diversified crew showed until they left was 1 1/2 hours. They arrived 10 minutes early and never stopped the whole time they were on site. Their work consisted of removing four river Burch trees including the stumps. These trees were located close to the house and concrete driveway. They remove everything as requested without tearing up anything, cleaned up everything and were gone. I have been in the construction business for 49 years and it was a pleasure to watch these young men work.

Very fast and efficient got our whole yard trimmed and a large tree taken down in one day even with some rain. Cleaned everything up left yard looking great. Would highly recommend!

Estimate was given and we immediately hired this company. We were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. We had several tree limbs pruned, bushes and foliage trimmed back, and a huge sago palm removed. When the crew arrived, they had an impressive array of machinery and got to work quickly and efficiently. The stump grinder was brought out to ensure complete removal of the sago. Unfortunately, a pipe that lead from our pool to the pump was hit. The crew quickly turned the water off and alerted the owner of the company. He assured us that a colleague would be out to repair the damage that came day, and he would not accept payment until the repairs were completed. A man came out, as promised, and fixed the broken pipe very quickly, so we sent the payment along for the tree trimming done earlier. The owner called to check on us a few days later to make sure we were satisfied with the work and the repairs. I highly recommend these Diversified Property. Their professionalism and courtesy goes above and beyond. We have had many poor experiences with contractors, and this was a bright spot for us. We will certainly use them again in the future and refer all our friends, family and associates.

I was utterly amazed at the finesse and ease with which they safely brought the trees down using all the �right� equipment and you would be hard pressed to tell they were even here (except the trees)!
