Estimate was given and we immediately hired this company. We were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. We had several tree limbs pruned, bushes and foliage trimmed back, and a huge sago palm removed. When the crew arrived, they had an impressive array of machinery and got to work quickly and efficiently. The stump grinder was brought out to ensure complete removal of the sago. Unfortunately, a pipe that lead from our pool to the pump was hit. The crew quickly turned the water off and alerted the owner of the company. He assured us that a colleague would be out to repair the damage that came day, and he would not accept payment until the repairs were completed. A man came out, as promised, and fixed the broken pipe very quickly, so we sent the payment along for the tree trimming done earlier. The owner called to check on us a few days later to make sure we were satisfied with the work and the repairs. I highly recommend these Diversified Property. Their professionalism and courtesy goes above and beyond. We have had many poor experiences with contractors, and this was a bright spot for us. We will certainly use them again in the future and refer all our friends, family and associates.
